The promotional campaign “Win a Crystal Bar Crafted by Swarovski” is organized by:

When participating in the Promotion, we may collect the following personal data:

  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number
  • Postal address
  • Country of residence
  • Age
  • Purchase receipt submitted as part of the participation process

3. Purpose of Processing

Your personal data is processed solely for the following purposes:

  • administering the Promotion;
  • verifying eligibility;
  • validating entries;
  • conducting the prize draw;
  • contacting winners;
  • arranging and managing prize delivery;
  • complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

Your personal data will not be used for marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis

The processing of your personal data is based on your consent and on the necessity to administer your participation in the Promotion.

5. Data Recipients

Your personal data may be shared with:

  • Filtr Pte Ltd, acting as Promotion Administrator, acting on behalf of Mondelez World Travel Retail GmbH
  • the appointed bailiff (Commissaire de Justice);
  • hosting providers and technical service providers;
  • secure transport providers responsible for prize delivery.

All recipients process personal data only to the extent necessary for the purposes described above.

6. International Transfers

As the Promotion Administrator is established in Singapore, certain personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Appropriate safeguards have been implemented to ensure that personal data remains adequately protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Data Retention

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the Promotion and fulfil legal obligations.

Unless a longer retention period is required by law, personal data will be deleted no later than six (6) months after the Prize has been delivered.

  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your personal data;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • object to processing;
  • request data portability;
  • lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
